Masala Chai

This Indian spiced tea is a flavor bomb waiting to happen! Cinnamon, clove, orange peel, cardamom and many more spices mix with Assam tea to create a warm and floral tea.

This tea blend uses Assam CTC BOP tea, or Crush Tear Curl, Broken Orange Pekoe grade tea. The black tea is mechanically crushed, torn, then curled into small pebble size pellets to produce a strong brew.

Brew Instructions

Steep 1.5 tsp or 2.5g of tea in 12oz of 195°F/90°C water for 5-7 minutes.
