We blended it to produce a well-rounded flavor profile with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity that balances out an excellent body. As a Ristretto, this espresso has very pronounced acidity with a sweetness to follow that makes for a great macchiato or cappuccino and excellent as a stand-alone.
